BRIDGEPOINT COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF MAJORITY STAKE IN G-CON FROM SUMMA EQUITY

October 13, 2025 – College Station, TX, USA: Bridgepoint has completed the acquisition of G-CON Group from Summa Equity.

Bridgepoint had been a minority shareholder in G-CON Group for several years.
